RETURNED GOODS POLICY: Goods may be returned for credit against future purchases within 30 days of
receipt, if prior authorization has been obtained. Contact our Customer Service Department for a Returned
Goods Authorization Number. We will not accept any return of parts that are custom items or parts that have received secondary operations (such as bosses, holes, plating, etc.).  If requesting a return on parts that are
not defective or due to a Stafast shipping error, the return is subject to approval.  Once authorization is
given, goods must be returned prepaid freight and could be subject to a 10% restocking charge on orders
of $1000 or more and $10.00 minimum or 10% restocking charge on orders less than $1000. 

Any defective item will be credited provided we receive a written claim and samples within 10 days from
receipt of goods. Stafast will not allow or pay for any claims resulting from the use of such goods. Liability
is limited to the cost of the goods purchased from Stafast.

Terms: Net 30 days, upon credit approval. 

 

Debit Cards are accepted, however due to the way we process orders there will be a temporary hold placed on a higher
dollar amount.  After Ecommerce processes your order the actual amount will be put through on your card (usually
within 24-48 business hours). 

Delivery:

Delivery dates are approximate.  Stafast shall not accept responsibility for reasonable or excusable delays.  The consignee
shall not refuse to accept delivery because of such delays.

Accident, strike, fire, governmental controls, vendor's inability to meet delivery, materials ordered correctly by Stafast failing
to meet specifications, or other unforeseeable and unforeseen conditions constitute excusable and reasonable delays.

Orders taken prior to 3:00 pm eastern time are usually shipped the same business day. 

Weight: Pounds per thousand are approximate to be used only for estimating shipping weight. 
Dimensions: 

Functional specifications are subject to change without notice.  Stafast Products will not be responsible for orders placed
from catalog\website specifications.  Please request samples or a print for exact, up-to-date dimensions.

Recommended Drill Size: 

Pilot holes may need to be larger or smaller depending on density of material and retention required.  All barrel heights
greater than 5/8 inch have a smaller lead diameter than base diameter due to the deep draw required to manufacture the
part. The base diameter is listed.

Materials:

Quality Cold Rolled Steel unless otherwise specified.
Stock:

Stocked parts and quantities are based on usage.  If an item listed is not currently stocked, availability of that item may be
subject to minimum order quantities  Minimum quantities may vary based on part and current production schedule.
New Accounts:

Credit approval by our Credit Department is required for an open account.  To expedite credit approval, with initial order
please mail or fax three credit resources, your bank's account number and an authorization signature.  Orders pending
credit approval can be shipped C.O.D. or credit card with customer's approval.
